The friendly staff of local residents are eager to serve you.  The owner, Ray Ruff, is a lifelong resident of 
Winnie and began working at Gulfway in 1978 while a junior at East Chambers High School.  Ray was able to become owner of Gulfway in 1995 and this year starts his 40th year at Gulfway.
